Cholesterol levels and Thyroid function – Is it really your thyroid?
Is your “normal” test result a False Negative? Negative biopsy, culture, or blood test may be wrong.
No diagnostic test is 100% accurate. All tests have potential for reporting false negatives.
This can lead to unnecessary suffering.
Especially in people with chronic conditions that have seen many doctors who cannot find anything wrong.
Perhaps you are a victim of a false negative…

Statin drugs are NOT as protective as marketing would have you believe – Absolute vs. Relative Risk
Statin drugs are the highest selling class of pharmaceutical drugs of all time.
Yet their success is built on a statistical shell game that amounts to a worldwide lie.
Should you allow your GP to coerce you into taking a statin?
What does the research reveal?

Migraine Treatment Fail – Why didn’t “X” treatment work? – Bucket Metaphor
Do you have a chronic condition such as migraine? Have you tried the individual strategy from Google searches or online forums that seemed to be a miracle for other people but it didn’t work for you?
Why didn’t it work for you?
In this video I use a simple visual metaphor to help you understand why the one "best" strategy for your condition didn’t work for you.

Vitamin D and A – roles in Immunity with focus on Gut and Skin conditions
Supposed immunity "experts" have said that vitamins are useless for fighting a virus. They specifically were opposed to use of vitamin D and said there was no science to support it.
These "experts" are quacks and clearly don’t read the science published by their own organizations.
There is NO QUESTION that vitamins are required to have any hope of a health immune response in general and antiviral defenses specifically.
Here is just one paper showing that.

Skin Cancer and the Sun – study shows the sun is protective
It does not make evolutionary sense that the sun would cause skin cancer. Our hunter-gatherer ancestors were out in the sun all day.
How do we reconcile the ongoing debate about the sun’s role in skin cancer?
This study helps us understand the nuance and how the sun is protective against skin cancer.
