You have been brainwashed to think that high cholesterol causes heart attacks and strokes; and, by implication, normal cholesterol levels are protective.

In actuality, over half of the people who have heart attacks have normal cholesterol levels.

Multiple of the other cardiovascular risk assessments are equally as unreliable. So how do you know if you truly are heart healthy or not?
